This leadership role involves supporting the Registered Manager, supervising staff, and maintaining exceptional standards of care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality care delivery
  • Support recruitment, training, and performance management of staff
  • Assist in developing care plans and conducting risk assessments
  • Ensure compliance with CQC and safeguarding policies

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role within health or social care
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)

Full UK driving license (essential)

2-Care Coordinator

As a Care Coordinator, you will manage care plans, schedule carers, and ensure the smooth running of care services. This role requires organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage care rotas and staff schedules
  • Liaise with clients and families to ensure care plans meet individual needs
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and staff supervision
  • Maintain CQC compliance and company standards

Requirements:

  • Experience in care coordination or administration (preferred)

3-Senior Carer

🕒 Full-Time | Part-Time | Flexible Hours

Role Overview:
As a Senior Carer, you will provide direct care and supervise junior staff, ensuring high standards of care are consistently delivered. You will work closely with management to support clients’ well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personal care and support clients with daily activities
  • Mentor and supervise junior carers
  • Monitor clients’ health and report changes
  • Assist with creating and reviewing care plans

Requirements:

  • Experience in care roles (minimum 2 years)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards)
  • Compassionate and dedicated approach
  • Driving license (preferred)

4-Domiciliary Carer

📍 Location: Southampton and surrounding areas
🕒 Part-Time | Full-Time | Flexible Hours

Role Overview:

As a Domiciliary Carer, you will visit clients in their homes to assist with personal care, mobility, and daily activities, helping them maintain independence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care, medication assistance, and companionship
  • Assist with household tasks and meal preparation
  • Follow care plans and report concerns to management
  • Promote client dignity and independence

Requirements:

  • A caring and empathetic nature
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Experience in home care or willingness to train
  • Full UK driving license and vehicle (preferred but not essential)

5-Live-In Carer

📍 Location: Various locations across the UK
🕒 Full-Time | Rotational Shifts (e.g., 2 weeks on / 1 week off)

 

Role Overview:
As a Live-In Carer, you will reside with the client and provide continuous support, ensuring their daily needs are met with compassion and dignity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 24-hour care and companionship
  • Assist with personal care, medication, and household tasks
  • Support with mobility and encourage independence
  • Report any health changes or concerns to management

Requirements:

  • Experience in live-in care (preferred but training provided)
  • Compassionate and patient nature
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts
  • Enhanced DBS check required
